ELEMENT 2 – AWARENESS
As a child we were on a journey of self-discovery, to explore how to move our bodies. However, as we grow older, our attention shifts away to other external factors. Over time faulty movement patterning and one-dimensional training plans cause imbalance within our body, reducing our efficiency of movement or even worse, causing injury. Awareness brings you back in tune with your body as you rediscover how to move again.
