CHOOSE A CLASS THAT FITS YOU

All Lone Wolf Fitness Classes are carefully designed to guide you towards the best version of yourself. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete novice or you have been training for years there will be a class that fits your needs perfectly. You can even try a free taster of one of our classes to see if it suits you..?

5 Elements classes are a unique mix of yoga inspired flexibility flows, body weight calisthenics and mindfulness of breath. There is also the option to join the Wolf Pack Running club, which is free!

FLEXIBILITY FLOW

Do you want to regain muscle length and joint function..? Yes! Then this is the class for you. We will nurture the areas that need it the most with beautiful flowing stretches and melt away built up tension with focused breath work.

All classes are different with an endless number of quality exercise in each session, carried out in a lovely studio. I am very very much looking forward in my ongoing development in Stephen’s capable hands.

WARRIOR STRENGTH

Build the strength of a Warrior! Create solid foundations from head to toe by holding a series of strong postures. You will leave this class with a new sense of power and confidence.

RELEASE & RECHARGE

This is a slow paced class with a mix of flexibility flows and longer developmental stretches. Holding for longer periods allows you to move deep into the muscle creating more length…quickly. It’s a chilled vibe creating the perfect environment to melt into stretches and release built up tension from both body & mind.

The wolf pack running club is a community running club accessible to all ages and standards. It’s a place to meet like-minded people, to learn effective training methods and most importantly to enjoy the beautiful place that is Durham!
