We have an amazing mix of classes, covering all components of fitness. They have the ability to create an amazing foundation of strength, improve joint range of movement, cardiovascular fitness, reduce stress levels and much more… All abilities are welcome!

ACCELERATED REHAB PACKAGE

I have designed a PROVEN 6 week rehabilitation package that accelerates your return to fitness. I specialise in exercise rehabilitation for low back pain, lower limb and upper limb musculoskeletal injuries.

The problem: Years and years of lower back pain, regular sciatica, tight glutes and hamstrings.

The solution: Lone Wolf Fitness. After a few 121 sessions. The muscles that were contributing to the cause of the sciatica and the aches were identified. We then went to work with bespoke mat based classes targeting all of the key areas. It has made such a huge difference to my daily life. Thank you!
